The Nyxian Administrative Regulationsare the official rules and procedures used to enforce Royal Decrees and Nyx Revised Statutes within the Supremacy Branch of Government. Issued under the Monarch’s authority, NARs ensure that all laws are applied consistently and fairly across the Queendom. They define how government institutions operate, guide administrative conduct, and clarify how constitutional principles are implemented. While the Nocturnal Parliamentmay advise on NARs, their final approval and enforcement rest solely with the Monarch and the Prime Minister.
