Revised Statutes are regularly checked by bylaws and ordinances that are passed by the Unicameral to ensure loopholes, slip-bys, and misunderstandings don't occur within the government or in the lives of the public. Statutes can only be proposed and passed into law by the Unicameral, then once passed and enacted, the Prime Minister must sign an executive order to enforce the said statute.
